Breakfast ala Dutch

1. PANNEKOEK

pan_ne_koek (pãn-ne-kõõk), n. genuine Dutch pancake, tasting similar to the traditional North American pancake and is slightly thicker than a crepe. It has a circumference of 37", a diameter of 12" and if you cut it into square inch pieces you will enjoy 113 bites. Simply delightful any way you like, but the customary way is to roll it up and cut off bite-size pieces.

The Pannekoek is our signature dish that draws loyal customers to our restaurant and entices new customers every day. Served in over 50 combinations of both sweet and savoury mouthwatering ingredients, Pannekoeken are guaranteed to de light and satisfy every type of craving!

Strawberry and Whipped Cream Pannekoek : Features a traditional Pannekoek served with a dish of Strawberries and a mound of real Whipped Cream.
Banana Walnut Pannekoek : Features a traditional Pannekoek cooked with Walnuts and fresh Banana slices on the inside and served with genuine Canadian Maple Syrup.
"The Canadian" : Features a traditional Pannekoek served with our special De Bakon, two "Born 3" Eggs and a jug of genuine Canadian Maple Syrup.
Boer's (Farmer's) Pannekoek : Features a traditional Pannekoek served with our special recipe Hash Browns, Ham, De Bakon, Bratwurst, Eggs and Hollandaise Sauce.

2. OMELETTS

Not only are we famous for our Pannekoeken, but we are also recognized for a variety of other unique and plentiful breakfast / brunch creations including our Dutch Omelettes, French Toast and Dutch Scrambles. Especially popular are our large selection of Eggs Benedict prepared with our Dutch twist and our plentiful Dutchman Style Breakfast Platters.

Seafood Bene : Features two Dutch Rusks topped with basted Eggs, thinly sliced BC Smoked Salmon, Baby Shrimp sautéed in Lemon Butter and Hollandaise Sauce. Served with assorted Fruit (or Salad) and our special recipe Hash Browns.

DeBakon and Eggs : A traditional Breakfast Platter featuring two Eggs, Toast, De Bakon, our special recipe Hash Browns and assorted Fruit (or Salad).

Double Dutch Omelette : Features a traditional Omelette prepared with imported Edam and Gouda Cheeses. Served with Toast, our special recipe Hash Browns and assorted Fruit (or Salad).

Dutch Toast : Features traditional French Toast sprinkled with Cinnamon and Sugar. Served with steaming hot "Cinnamony" Apples .
